Bella Costa is minutes from downtown Venice and its shops and restaurants. Venice Beach is a (10) minute stroll. Condo has a lovely pool, exercise room, library and community room with pool table. Beautiful landscaping surrounds the complex as it sits on the Inter-Coastal Waterway. Quiet complex and we are looking for mature and responsible tennants. Complex has outdoor gas grills overlooking the waterway for a wonderful cookout experience.

Tennis courts nearby and a shuffleboard complex is there also. many churches in walking distance also. simple everything you need is right there!

vacation rental rates

Unit must be leased for a (3) three month minimum due to Association rules and is available for January, February and March 2010. Please add a $100 fee for Condo Association review and screening. Above rental costs are inclusive of all other costs. If telephone service or internet service is required tennant will be responsible for those costs also. Rate is below market and unit will be rented soon, call and take advantage of this great rate! Small deposit will be required to secure unit along with execution of a standard lease.
