Bella Costa is minutes from downtown Venice and its shops and restaurants.  Venice Beach is a (10) minute stroll.  Condo has a lovely pool, exercise room, library and community room with pool table.  Beautiful landscaping surrounds the complex as it sits on the Inter-Coastal Waterway.  Quiet complex and we are looking for mature and responsible tennants.  Complex has outdoor gas grills overlooking the waterway for a wonderful cookout experience.

Venice is Florida's Gulf Coast hidden gem as it offers a great downtown with shops and restaurants, a great beach, fishing and golf is also nearby.  Sarasota 25 minutes away and only 1 hour to Tampa and Ft.
