There is a swimming pool at the apartment, or, you can walk to beach in minutes. 

In Feb 2010 Playa Blanca will open their huge salt water swimming pool ("second largest swimming pool in the world").  This too has a "beach", plus kayak and sailboard rentals, and is only a couple hundred yards from our building.
