La Perla is a lavish neoclassical two story, 4600 square foot home located in the beautiful
Northwood Neighborhood, minutes to downtown, shopping, cultural & recreational activities, diverse
restaurants, Palm Beach's golf courses, and picturesque beaches.
This 4 bedroom home (3 up, 1 down) has been custom decorated with a warm and traditional feel, with
all bedrooms having a king or queen sized bed. The master suite has a fireplace, wet bar, and
lounging area. An adjoining marble master bath is equipped with a Jacuzzi for two.
On the main level, there is a spacious family room next to a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with
granite countertops. There is a 45 foot solarium overlooking the flowerbeds and a 38 foot swimming
pool. To further your tropical experience there is an outdoor dining area equipped with a
fireplace, built-in grill, and serving counter for your evening dining pleasure.
Vacation Rental Amenities
La Perla is a custom designed, centrally located villa that will embrace you as you enter a lavishly
decorated foyer flowing into a gracious living room with fireplace, formal dining room, and
solarium that has a reading area and a morning breakfast table. The sunroom overlooks the backyard
pool and flower gardens, and also has a stunning granite and illuminated glass block dry bar, which
is well suited for evening cocktails. The family room adjoining the fully equipped eat-in kitchen
has a large screen satellite television. Satellite TV is available in other rooms. All of the
bedrooms have their own bathrooms that are finished in marble or granite. The motor court has a
fountain and ample parking for whatever you're driving or being chauffeured in.
