Beautiful Pool / Spa Home on Marriott's Shadow Ridge Nick Fado designed golf Course. Mountain views from the backyard pool and spa make for dramatic entertaining and relaxing.

The home has a nice bright open feel to it and is fully furnished in a warm desert style and a complete remodel recently completed includes a pebble tech pool, spa, outdoor shower and waterfall as well as new highline kitchen and large family room.
As part of the overall entertainment, the family room has a 50” HD LCD Television with DVD and game table.
The master bedroom is large with a King size bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and a third bedroom room has twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the family room.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar for those casual moments or a separate table for other times. All utensils and appliances are included, new stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, microwave, double oven stove as well as washer dryer, included. For additional comfort there are ceiling fans throughout.
The large outdoor Westerly facing back yard with all of its ammentities including a BBQ and professional landscaping makes it an ideal spot to dine and relax while enjoying the sunset. This backyard has a lovely mountain view and is situated on the 14th fairway of Marriott's Shadow Ridge Golf Course.
In the winter the backyard is an ideal breakfast spot to catch that early morning warming sun and breath taking views.
