     Located on beautiful Crescent Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, our condo, situted on the second floor of a gulf side midrise,  has 2 bedrooms (1 king, 2 twin beds, and double sofa bed) and two fully rennovated baths.  Master has double sink vanity.  There is also a washer and dryer located in the condo.  Towels and sheets are provided along with a fully equipped new kitchen.  Tile flooring throughout the kitchen, dining, and living areas compliment our Floridian condo.  Overlooking a pond and courtyard is a large furnished lanai with table for four and lounge chairs for reading or snoozing!  A parking garage with secured entry elevator access to the condo provides convenient entry. When you aren’t at the pool or beach, you’ll find that the grounds are quite lovely with a variety of botanical plantings and several ponds. As an added feature, free wifi and HD TV!

     Private beach access is approximately 150 yards from the condo with a pool and exercise room located in the same proximity.  Beach and pool furniture are provided for your convenience.  Tennis courts with lights make evening play a pleasure.  Across Midnight Pass Road in the Peppertree complex, there is a fishing dock which is great for fishing or watching the boats go by.  A second pool and exercise room are also located on the bayside for your use.
