 - $250.00 Non-Refundable Cleaning Deposit to be deducted from the $500.00 Security Deposit returned within 14 to 21 days after departure.
-  All Rates in U.S. Dollars to be Paid in Advance.
-  Cashiers’ Check or Money Orders  -  No Credit Cards.  Personal Checks must clear prior to confirmation of reservation.
-  Deposit of 50% of Rental Rate required upon booking if more than one month in advance of arrival.  -  Full Payment due upon booking if less than 30 days in advance of arrival.
-  State and Local Taxes Apply  -  12%

Cancellation: Deposit of 50% of the Rental Rate will be Non-Refundable if
cancellation is made within 60 days of arrival.  If Full Payment has been made
in advance of arrival and booking is cancelled within 60 days of arrival, 50% of
the Rental Rate will be Non-Refundable.  Rental Rate is defined as the amount
charged for the total "length of booking" less taxes and security deposit.
