- $200.00 Non-Refundable Cleaning Deposit to be deducted from the $500.00 Security Deposit returned within 14 to 21 days after departure.

- Cashiers’ Check or Money Orders - No Credit Cards. Personal Checks must clear prior to confirmation of reservation.
- Deposit of 50% of Rental Rate required upon booking if more than one month in advance of arrival. - Full Payment due upon booking if less than 30 days in advance of arrival.
