Our vacation home is conveniently located in the desirable Indian Wells subdivision, 
one of the closest private communities to Walt Disney World (5 minutes by 
car), and central to all the other major attractions; including Epcot, Sea World, 
MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Wet & Wild and International Drive. 

There are dozens of golf courses, shopping outlets, restaurants, 
supermarkets, beautiful lakes and over 100 specialty shops in the 
immediate area.

* LOCATED NEAR ALL THE THEME PARKS * - Only 4 miles from Disney World, 6 
miles from Sea World and 10 miles from Universal Studios. 

Rates from $99 - $145 per night plus tax. Discount for multi-week 
rentals.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The well planned spacious accommodation will comfortably sleep 8 
guests. 

The Master bedroom has a King-size bed with a private bathroom and 
shower; Bedroom #2 has a Queen-size bed; Bedroom #3 has twin beds. 
The second bathroom has tub/shower. 

All of our bedrooms have Cable TV, DVD and VCR. We also have a selection of DVD’s and Videos for 
your enjoyment.

The living room has a 27" Cable TV, DVD, VCR, Queen size sleep sofa and loveseat. Sliding glass 
doors open to the Screened Lanai and Private Pool.

The Dining area seats 6-8 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove, refrigerator, 
dishwasher, dishes, cookware, breakfast table and much more. 

Crib, high-chair, washer, dryer and all linens included.

FREE High-speed wireless internet access.

Activities and Attractions

Private fenced yard with your own Private Screened-in Swimming Pool, you may also 
enjoy use of the private community pool and recreational facilities 
including tennis and basketball courts.


Close to all the Theme Parks, only 4 miles to Disney, 6 miles to SeaWorld, 10 miles to Universal 
Studios.
