Amelia Landing Resort is situated on a beautiful 9 acre lot just 2 blocks from the beach.  We are nestled in a very secluded, private, area loaded with oak and magnolia trees, but are close to everything our quaint resort town has to offer.  Our unit is very nice and offers everything that other owners within Amelia Landing offers without the cost.  We love the time we spend on the island.  It's such a wonderful get-a-way.  For more information about the area, Google Amelia Island Chamber of Commerce.  Our first floor unit is very nice, clean, and comfortable.   We offer nice décor, screened in porch, a queen bed in each of the bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen which includes a full size washer and dryer. 

Living Room:  sofa sleeper, large TV with DVD player, sliding glass doors to screened-in porch

Dining Room:  very nice bamboo table with glass top and chairs

Kitchen:  refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, can opener, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, glassware, and utensils

2 Bathrooms:  nice vanity, toilet, tub/shower combination

Bedrooms:  queen size bed, dresser, nite stand, closet, and bathroom (the master bedroom has sliding glass doors that lead to the screened-in porch)

Screened-In-Porch:  very comfortable chairs with table

On-site:  25 meter swimming pool with misters in sunning area, tennis court, beautiful pond with picnic area and  benches, walk path to beach

Winter Rates:  $500 weekly, $90 nt (3 night minimum)

Summer:  $700 weekly, $110 nt (3 nt minimum), $120 a nt for 2 nights

Rates Include all fees. 

$200 security deposit required and promptly return after departure.  Guest should run dishwasher, take out the trash and put sheets and towels in the kitchen, start a load of towels if time allows
