Amelia Landing Resort is situated on a beautiful 9 acre parcel just 2 blocks from the beach.  We are nestled in a very secluded, private, area loaded with oak and magnolia trees, but are close to everything our quaint resort town has to offer. A five minute walk to the beach. Sunrises on the beach. Sunsets on the intercoastal waterway. 2 Bathrooms:  nice vanity in each.  Master bath has large walk-in shower and guest bath has tub/shower combo.  

Bedrooms: Master has queen size bed, dresser, nite stand, closet, and bathroom (the master bedroom has sliding glass doors that lead to the screened-in porch)TV in master bdr. Guest bed room has twin beds which can push together for king size (pad and linens for each).

 Screened-In-Porch:  very comfortable chairs with table and seperate seating area.
