Master, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms all have a queen bed and 4th bedroom has a full size bed. A large, shaded screened porch with dual ceiling fans stretches the width of the entire home and furnished with wicker appointments and swing serves as a second living room overlooking the lake. 

A dock with ladders leading into the water is convenient for taking a cool dip. Bring your boat or personal watercraft to enjoy fishing, recreation or explore the serenity of the lake's 115 miles of shoreline. The dock has room for a boat or jet skis to tie up and access to deep water.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, utilities (no phone), gas grill for outdoor cooking, cable television, and reading books for those rare rainy afternoons.  Parking for up to 4 cars and a boat launch within ½ mile.

Spend the day boating, swimming, fishing, or simply relaxing on the pier with the sound of the water soothing your stress away. For those seeking more adventure... hike, bike, and pan for gold or go horseback riding in the Uwharrie National Forest across the lake.  Boat and PWC rentals are also available from local operators.

Our home is located less than five minutes, by road, to the only restaurants at the lake, and less than five minutes, by boat, to the marina if you prefer to dine on the water or fuel your boat! 

Within 30 minutes... North Carolina Zoo in Asheboro; Seagrove, NC-Pottery Capital of North Carolina and Dan Nicholas Park in Salisbury.  Forty minutes away… golf at Pinehurst, visit the museum of Nascar’s legend, Richard Petty; or take a caution lap around the track at the Lowe's Motor Speedway. One hour away…the Lazy 5 Ranch in Mooresville, NC where you can get up close and personal with an abundance of exotic animals from six different continents.

And, Badin Lake’s own Old North State Club boasting a Tom Fazio designed, second-ranked golf course only five minutes away.
