Payment Policy: 1/3 of rent due within 10 days of receiving lease ( will be mailed). Balance is due 30 days prior to rental period. A security deposit of $250.00 is required. Due with final payment. Security deposit will be refunded after 30 days of leaving.
Cancellation Policy: You have up to two weeks before arrival for cancellation minus 50.00 to receive a refund. We honor checks, certified checks or money orders. Must have a valid drivers license.
