Ski-In / Ski-out town house @ Villages of Wisp in Deep Creek Lake

Town house located in the Villages of Wisp adjacent to Wisp Mountain.  Unit is located within walking distance to Main Street ski slope (black diamond run).  Rental includes a hot tub and a wood burning fire place, great after a day on the slopes or after skiing. Also quick access to the snow tubing, ice skating rink, bon-fire ring, cross country ski trails, and Wisp lodge.  

Ice fishing opportunities with access to two lake front areas complete with day docks, gazebo, picnic tables, large grass area for sports, and BBQ grilles.  Second area is wooded area and both have parking lots.  Both areas are just minutes and less than one mile from our unit. The unit is also just minutes from Wisp area amenities including mountain coaster, adult and youth level rope challenge courses with climbing towers and related features, bonfire pit, dune buggy rides, and resort lodge.  Also only minutes to the ACSI Water Park which offers kayaking and rafting, and the Fox Run rock climbing area.  The unit is surrounded by hiking and mountain biking single track trails and fire roads.  15 minutes from Deep Creek State Park which has beach, boat rentals, and nature center.  20 minutes to Swallow Falls State Park.  Just minutes from Wisp Golf Resort.  This is in the center of it all.  Unit is three stories with 2 bedrooms and a furnished lower level serves as extra bedroom.  3 full baths.  Private decks off each bedroom and great room as well as lower level deck with hot tub.  Full size kitchen fully equipped.  Fireplace. Washer and dryer. 2 TV's with cable and DVD player.  Foosball table.  Parking right in front of unit.  Childrens’ toys and games available.

Bedrooms include 2 queen size beds with separate baths, sleeper sofa on lower level, also with own bath.  Complete kitchen with all appliances, cookware, and dinnerware, eating area accomdates 6-8.  Unit includes hot tub, fireplace, washer & dryer, an optional one-time linen and towel setup (additional fee), cable TV, kids games & toys, Video tape and DVD players with childrens movies.  Ceiling fans in each bedroom and middle level of house are great for cooling the house with fresh mountain air.

Large open area, seasonal lakeview, walking distance to Wisp slopes.  Lake access, with day-use docks, gazebo, and picnic area.

Winter Activities:  Wisp ski resort within walking distance.  Resort offers alpine and cross country skiing, snowboarding parks, snowtubing, and ice skating.

Summer Activities: hiking, biking, montain coaster, golf course, day spa, and dune buggy rides.  Area includes whitewater rafting, hiking, and biking trails.  Also only 15 minutes to Deep Creek Lake and 20 minutes to Swallow Falls State Parks.   

Wisp Resort offers several restaruants and bars as well as a full service spa.

Less than 5 minutes to Adventure Sport Center International which offers rafting and kayaking, and mountain climbingl.
