Vacation Rental Description

Newly renovated ranch with an open floor plan is the perfect beach house to enjoy your summer 
vacation. Relax on your private deck overlooking the lagoon and enjoy fishing, crabbing, boating and 
kayaking from your own dock. Full kitchen with all appliances, a/c, and plenty of driveway parking.  
Newer full bath and new bedding in all 3 bedrooms, (Linens, Towels, & Paper Products, Are Not 
Supplied) one king, one queen and 2 twin beds. A 5 min. drive to LBI or a short boat ride to the bay 
and a 30 minute drive to Atlantic City or Seaside's Amusement Park.

                               All rates are per week. All Rentals Run Saturday - Saturday
                                         CHECK IN 3:00 PM    CHECK OUT  11:00 AM

                              
                                 
                               We require a deposit when you reserve your week.
                              
                              (Security deposit of $200, plus half of the rental)    
                               
                               The balance is due 3 weeks prior to your rental date
