Come experience luxury just minutes away from the world famous "LAS VEGAS STRIP"  by endulging yourself in this  beautiful 2500 sq.ft. luxury retreat. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this home was designed with relaxation in mind. Enjoy the outdoors with poolside lounging and lush landscaping, also enjoy a covered shaded patio, deep cushioned chairs, two relaxing swings and a full size BBQ grill.

Inside the home on the main living area you will find an open floor plan, freshly painted, with two living rooms, dining room and a gormet dream kitchen and center island prep area. The main living room has a cozy fireplace tastfully designed with comfortable furnishings and beautiful views of the pool and lush landscaping. 

As you walk up the oversized staircase to your large master bedroom, you will find a seating area that also overlooks the crystal clear blue water of the swimming pool. Another gas fireplace can be viewed from both the bedroom and the spacious bath room where you will find gorgeous stained glass  windows and an oversized bathtub with candles to unwind and enjoy a relaxing bubble bath.  Master bedroom has a high end king size bed and fine linens. 

As you go down the hallway you will find another full size bathroom that has newly layed travertine tile, also on this floor are two additional bedrooms and private office. The forth bedroom is located on the bottom floor and has a queen size bed with brand new linens along side the third bathroom with shower that also has been newly tiled.

For your convenience there is a full size washer and dryer to include washing detergent and fabric softener towelettes.  Just off the laundry room is the garage so you can conveniently park your car and unload your belongings.

In the nieghborhood less than a mile from the home you will find everything you need to make your vacation perfect.

There are clubs, pubs, banking, groceries, gas stations, fine dining, fast food, gambeling, out door eateries and just about any other convenience you can think of, also the freeway entrance is right there so you can get to the Strip in a matter of just a few minutes.                                            

At the "Interbay Retreat" we have thought of everything. Every bathroom is supplied with mini shampoos, conditioner, body soap, hand cream, lotion, shaving cream, and yes even toothpaste.

The gormet style kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to make a tasty home cooked meal on the gas cook stove top to include pots, pans, cups, glasses, utensils, dishes, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and refridgerator with indoor water and ice. Also includes spices, oils, and of course we even get you started with the coffee, sugar, and creamers.

If you want to cook a nice juicy steak then step outside and enjoy our oversized BBQ, don't worry you won't run out of gas as it is piped in from the house, just make sure you turn everything off and shut it down completely when you are finished. we have also included WI/FI for your personal and business pleasure

Las Vegas offers many things to do and see outside of the  gambling and the strip.

Lake Meads Hoover Dam offers excellent skiing, boating, and fishing.

If sightseeing is on your list you may want to visit Valley of Fire or Zion National Park.

The most visited National Park on the planet is the Grand Canyon and is only one and half hours drive, and only thirty minutes by helicoptor. And this is just a few things Las Vegas has to offer.

All prices are subject to change with holidays, seasons, and special events.

50% due at booking, balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Refund 60 days prior to arrival  with written notice. Less 60 days only if we can book the home on the same dates as your reservation.

15% rebooking fee will apply to all cancellations.
