Is in the quaint town of Lexington, NY;  just seven miles to either Hunter or Windham  Mountains; 15 miles to Belayre Mountain.  It sleeps 12-16 comfortably, is tastefully decorated and boasts a beautiful stone fireplace in the living room.  It has everything you might need for a vacation stay at the mountains.  There is a finished basement with an additional living room, 50" flat screened tv, 1/2 bath, billiard table, champion ping pong table and bumper pool!   A sleeping loft with additional futon. This house is the owners pride and joy.  It has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, hickory cabinets, stone floor in kitchen and baths. Wonderful dining area for those large family dinners!  The entire house has maple flooring that heats up to keep feet warm on the coldest nights.  It is available for holidays or weekends in the mountains.  Master suite has king size bed and jacuzzi tub. Responsible adults only/family friendly! 28 year age min. to rent. No Smoking and pets upon approval (No cats). 

Sleeps 14 comfortably; one master king bed with jacuzzi, one queen bedroom, one family suite that sleeps four-five, another room with twin beds another full sized "romantic suite" and a sleeping loft. Another futon in living area and sleeper sofa in basement. Ceiling fans in bedrooms. Master suite air conditioned.

Includes all bedding, linens, kitchen utensils, pots and pans etc.

Id/security required.  $100 cleaning fee applies to any group, $300 security deposit applies per stay. $750 per nite. Three nite min for holidays. Two nite min for weekends. No other fees.
