Vacation Rental Description

The home has 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms including a full working wireless 
office.  It can sleep up to 8 with a large sofa.

The Master Suite is total luxury with french doors walking out to 
the backyard oasis.  The king-sized bed is a Westin "Heavenly Bed" 
with luxury linens and a wall-mounted 52-inch plasma TV will give 
you the best of the best in comfort.

The completely remodeled bathroom has a glass-enclosed rainshower 
with sprayer and his and hers vanities.

There is a formal dining room that seats 6 with living area looking 
out to the pool.

The granite countertops, travertine tile and stainless steel 
appliances will make you feel like a gourmet chef in the kitchen.
A countertop island that looks into the open family room provides 
comfort when entertaining guests.

The office is completely wireless with secured cable internet 
access, wireless printing and scanning. A blowup mattress is available for additional sleeping in 
the den.

The cozy and relaxing sitting area outside is pure heaven when 
relaxing by the pebble tec pool or grilling with the stainless 
outdoor grill.  Misters will keep you cool when needed.

open Scottsdale One. Easy freeway access will have you to Scottsdale

$250 nightly, $1300 weekly, $4500 Monthly

March 1, 2009 - Apr 30, 2009
$275 nightly, $1500 weekly, $5000 Monthly

May 1, 2008 - Sept 30, 2008
$200 nightly, $850 weekly, $2500 monthly

$150 cleaning fee is assessed in addition to the weekly rental 
rate.  

Security Deposit required to reserve rates.

Utilities included for nightly and weekly rentals.  Owner pays up to 
$200 in utilities for monthly rentals. Remainder paid by tenant.
