One Jaco Resort Residences is the future home of the Sonesta Jaco Resort!

We offer 1 and 2 bedroom suites, each with a private balcony and private whirlpool. Suites are fully furnished and appointed condominiums with plenty of space - not your avarage box-like hotel room.

There are 5 pools in the 250,000 gallon pool complex, plus a lazy-river water feature, waterfalls, and jacuzzi jets. Our poolside bar is now open!

Our minimum rates listed are the discounted One Jaco Resort Residences rates for one bedroom condominiums. We also have two bedroom condos renting for between $169 and $399, depending on the season. One bedroom units accommodate 1 or 2 guests, and two bedrooms accommodate up to 4. Extra guests add an additional charge of $30 per night. One child under 8 may accompany the adults in the room for free. All rooms are non-smoking and a room cleaning fee of $200 will be charged to deodorize the condo if smoking occurs in the unit. Daily cleaning is included free of charge, but if a condo is returned excessively soiled a deep cleaning fee of $100 will be added (fee may be increased to match the level of dirtiness).
