Villa Paradiso in Long Key

Villa Paradiso is located in Layton, the 'Venice' of the Florida Keys!  Every home is on the water with a floating dock available (up to 30') in lush gardens and mangrove.  Zane Grey Creek flows out to the Long Key Bight and Channel 5 for swimming, skiing, fishing,  and snorkeling on either the Atlantic or Bayside.  Many great restaurants and bars in Islamorada or Marathon are easily reached by boat or car.  One month minimum rental.

Our 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home will comfortably fit 9.  Small dogs are welcome.  The upstairs walk-around veranda has views over the palm trees, mangroves and the canals.  The outdoor hot tub and outdoor shower are handy and right adjacent to the dock.  Dining or lounging in the hammock on the screened veranda with overhead fans wafting the tropical breezes is our idea of paradise.

Minimum three month lease available December thru May---$4000 per month. The best deal is at $3200 per month with a 4 month lease ($9600/$12,800)
