• Two full bathrooms - Guest bath includes tub and shower combination.
• Master bath includes an oversize shower, double sink vanity.  Toilet is enclosed in its own private space. Towels and washcloths are provided.
• Bedrooms vary depending upon the particular condo unit, and may or may not include the following in each unit: TV’s in each bedroom, queen size beds, twin beds, and king size beds. Sheets, pillows, pillowcases, comforters, and blankets are provided.
•  Living room - features a full size sofa sleeper and TV.
•  Dining space - features either seating for 4 or 6 depending upon the condo unit available.

We do NOT charge a premium rate for holiday or special event week ends. However, we do have a minium charge of three days.

Canellation policy:  For cancellation less than 10 days before holiday, there is a charge of 1 night rental fee ($195).  All other nights for less than 3 days before scheduled night, there is a charge of 1  night rental fee ($195).
