This home is on a big lot with back alley access. We have 2 large sheds. An outside dining area is
located under a covered trellis. The garage was turned into a den for a 2nd TV/Reading area. The
unit includes an inside washer and dryer and a 2nd refrigerator, there is also a private hot/cold outside shower. You can see the ocean from the
kitchen and it is a 1 block/5 minute walk to the beach. Flagler is a sleepy beach town the world
forgot about with playgrounds, basketball, and tennis courts for the kids. Because you cannot drive
on the beach, beer is allowed. The fishing is great from the surf or the pier (7 minute walk). Dogs
are even allowed on the beach (leashed). Come and enjoy one of the smallest, original beach towns in
Florida!
