UW Graduation Week (June): $250/night.....$1500/week
$100 deposit due with reservation; This deposit is non-refundable if reservation cancelled. Entire rental amount due 30 days prior to arrival. $90 cleaning fee and 9.5% sales tax.
3-night minimum standard/ 5 Night Minimum: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
