The light filled open floor plan provides the perfect space to relax and enjoy the view or hang out with family and friends. The full kitchen offers the opportunity to cook if you desire or to serve up appetizers and drinks before you go out for a meal.

$100 deposit due with reservation; This deposit is non-refundable if reservation cancelled. Entire rental amount due 30 days prior to arrival. $90 cleaning fee and 9.5% sales tax.
