This is your perfect Pinetop get-away for summer and winter- clean, affordable, pet-friendly, and  
tucked in the tall cool pines. Property backs to tribal land so all you see from the screened back  
porch and backyard is beautiful forest. Backyard is landscaped for family entertaining with upper  
level with outdoor table, lower level has outdoor lighting, portable contained fire pit, and plenty  
of seating. 
 
Inside is an open, central floorplan connecting living room to kitchen - both recently painted  
and updated. Kitchen has table for four, and two stools on the breakfast nook. Wood burning fireplace  
in living room, sofa and loveseat, color TV with cable, and WIFI throughout to stay connected.  
 
Master Bedroom is includes a pillow-top king matress, and master bath. Second Bedroom has bunk beds  
with a double matress bottom and twin above. Second full bath attached to second bedroom for easy  
access and privacy. Set up as second master suite.

restaurants, shopping, hiking, and biking everywhere.

Vacation Rental Rates

weekly or monthly basis preferred 
$500 Friday to Friday + $75 cleaning fee 
$700 for any week that includes a holiday

Pets an additional $50 non-refundable fee per week.
