southern outskirts of Fort Myers, on Florida's South West Gulf

Close to the beaches, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Naples, and the
Everglades.

Ideally located for a wonderful vacation with nearby beautiful white
sand beaches offering both watersports and quiet seclusion. You can
experience romantic sunsets, take advantage of the fishing and golf
activities, see the wildlife in the nature reserves and eco parks,
visit the museums, restaurants and shops or just sit back, relax and
watch the wildlife from the large pool deck.

Our home has an open plan living area with large lounge, dining area
and breakfast nook, fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms (master
with
king, one queen and one twin) and den / sitting room. Cable TVs and
ceiling fans in all rooms. In addition there is a stereo system, DVD
and answer machine in the lounge and VCR and telephone in the den /
sitting
room.

The extra large, 1150 square feet, screened pool deck contains the
28� x 14� heated pool which has the benefits of BOTH solar and
electric heating to maximise pool temperatures during the winter
months. There is also a lanai fan to provide a cooling breeze, and a
gas grill / BBQ
