This condo sleeps 6! It features a living room that opens up to the deck and brand new sunny patio. The master has a queen bed. The two other bedrooms have twin beds. The wraparound deck features outdoor dining furniture, lounge chairs and a hammock. This unit has a small kitchen, and 1 bath. Sunsets over the bay are a must see!

This luxurious condo sleeps 4. It features a master bedroom with a king bed and a view of the bay, a second bedroom with two twin beds, 1 full bath. In the living room, open the sliding glass door and you're greeted with a view of the water. The deck is appointed with lounge chairs, a hammock, and tables perfect for entertaining. The spectacular rooftop deck is great for sun bathing and affords ocean and bay views! This condo also boasts a large kitchen and dining room.

We are close proximity to beach, restaurants, mini golf, boating and every kind of shopping, yet it's still quiet and peaceful.

Long Beach Island is a short drive from New York City and Philadelphia and only 45 minutes from Atlantic City.   This shore community, with its small-town flavor, is full of fine dining establishments, local fish/seafood houses and even an active nightlife welcomes our guests.

1st floor condo $995/week May-June, $1,500 July-August

2nd floor condo $1,400/week May-June, $1800 July-August

**Rentals Run Sunday - Sunday, Check In 3PM - Check Out 11AM

Payment Plan:

   1. We require a non-refundable $100 deposit and signed rental agreement when you reserve.

   2. A Security deposit of $300 and the first half of rent is due by May 1st. 

   3. Final payment (second half of rent) is due 4 weeks prior to your rental date.
