We offer 2, 3, and 4 Bedroom Condos. Including POOL/Clubhouse views!!

We offer both low and high floor units to suit your preference. All of our condos have an executive furniture package. Including granite countertops, mediterranean tile throughout the condo and carpeting in all of the bedrooms. All of our condos offer a flat screen in both the living room and master bedroom. Selected units have owner upgrades with wifi, free long distance phones, and additional tv's throughout the condo. Fully Equipped with Linens, Towels, Dishware, Pots & Pans, and utensils.

We also accommodate the little ones. Upgraded units offer highchairs and pack-n-plays.

2 Bedroom Units: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Sleepersofa

3 Bedroom Units: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Sleepersofa OR 1 King, 1 Queen, 4 Twins, and 1 Sleepersofa

4 Bedroom Units: 1 King, 1 Queen, 4 Twin Beds, 1 Sleepersofa

2 Resort Sttle Pools & Spa: This beautiful oasis has a resort style pool and spa by the clubhouse area. If your unit isn't near the clubhouse, no worries, there is a pool on the opposite side of the resort.

Kiddie Splash Pool/Play Area: Let the kids get a splash at the kiddie water area.

Business Center: Check your e-mail at the business center with complimentary internet access.

Fitness Center: Stay in shape at the fitness center.

The price shown above does not include local taxes for the property.  Holiday minimum are 4 nights. 

A cleaning fee applies to any stayunder 7 nights.

2 Bedroom = $65Cleaning Fee

3 Bedroom = $75 Cleaning Fee

4 Bedroom = $85 Cleaning Fee

There is a $200 deposit due at the time you book towards your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30days prior to your arrival. If you book less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, the full balance is due at the time your reservation is placed.

CHECK IN TIME 4PM  and CHECK OUT TIME  10AM .  Early check in and Late check-outs are honored based on availability.Which are subject to a $50 charge.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Full payment is required 30 days prior to your arrival in Florida

Where written notice of cancellation is received the following charges will apply:

30 or more days prior to your arrival                                 1 nights rental    

29 to 15 days prior to your arrival                                      50% of the rental charge                                                       

14 to 1 day prior to your arrival                                           100 % of Rental Charge

Damage Waiver

A one time fee of $39 covers up to $3,000 in any accidental damages. This does not include any negligent damage to the property.

We reserve the right to terminate any reservation without any refund which are made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the occupancy of the house, Recreational Vehicles parked on or near the property, any pets found in the home, any offical complaints for obscene language or behavior, using the facilities for non conforming use or other legal reasons.
