Mountain Meadow Townhomes are located in East Vail, directly across from the Vail Racquet Club.  The free shuttle bus stops just outside the complex, for an easy 15-minute ride to the slopes of Vail.

This lovely 1700 square feet, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome is an end unit and has been completely updated throughout.    The main level features an open living room with a vaulted ceiling and a wood burning stone fireplace.  The entire back wall of the living room is windowed, with gorgeous views of the forest and hillside.  With a large flat screen TV and comfy furniture, this area is perfect for family gatherings and relaxing together after a day on the world-class slopes of Vail! 

The adjoining dining room offers seating for 5 guests, plus there are three bar stools at the kitchen counter.  The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with granite countertops and a tile backsplash, plus Kenmore stainless appliances. The kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of cookware, pots, pans, mixing bowls and utensils for home-cooked meals.  A full-size laundry room with Whirlpool Duet machines and the 1-car garage round out the first floor of this home.

With three bedrooms, the townhome will easily accommodate up to 8 guests very comfortably.  The Master bedroom is located on the upstairs level with a queen bed, computer desk and ensuite full bathroom. There is also a flat screen TV in the master bedroom.   The upstairs guest bedroom is the perfect place for kids or singles, with two twin beds and a twin bunk.  This bedroom also has its own bathroom with a shower/tub and there is a TV in this room as well.   The third bedroom is located on the main level of the house, and offers a King-size bed.  There is a full bathroom in the hall just outside the bedroom.
