This luxurious Lower Deer Valley home is full of warmth and comfort, yet offers 6300 square feet of refined living space.

Spread out over three levels, the home provides guests with plenty of room to relax and spread out.  The main level boasts a grand living room with 2-story ceilings and huge windows with amazing views of Deer Valley and Park City mountains.  The living room gas fireplace is one of four in the home, and offers great warmth for the large space.  The open floor plan means that the kitchen and eating areas are open to the living room for easy conversations and gatherings.   The kitchen features granite countertops, two dishwashers, two large pantries, Viking & Wolf appliances, plenty of dishware and cookware and glassware for the whole group!  The owner even supplies holiday china for families /groups visiting during the holiday season.  There is a formal dining room with a round table that seats 8, and a kitchen table with a built-in bench and chairs that seats up to 8-10 more guests. 

There are also two bedrooms on this main level.  The huge master bedroom suite is called the "Turquoise & Indian" room and features a private balcony with breathtaking views, a gas fireplace, luxurious king bed, a new flat-screen TV and an enormous master bathroom/closet area.   The second bedroom on this level is located just behind the kitchen, and offers two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom.

Up the grand stairway from the main entrance, there is a small landing which leads out to a patio, where guests will find the gas grill and a rock path that leads them up to the hot tub patio.  After continuing up the stairs to the top level, guests will find themselves in the huge open loft area, with a comfortable sitting/TV area with a flat screen TV and gorgeous armoire.  There is an antique poker table, complete with chips and cards, for a fun night of game playing.  The hot tub patio and deck with chairs and table are just off the loft area.  Enjoy splendid views while having evening cocktails, morning coffee, or just relaxing in the 8-man hot tub!    There are also two more bedrooms on the upper level.  The "Frog & Lilly Pad" room offers a Queen bed with comfy linens and adjoins a full bathroom that is also accessible from the loft area.  The "Tortoise and Hare" bedroom serves as a second master suite, with vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, King bed, ensuite bathroom and a private balcony with awesome views.

The lower level of the home is a haven for movie watchers and kids, with an open "sleeping porch" that offers a California King bed, a Queen bed and a Twin bunk.  There is a full bathroom off the 'sleeping room'.  The downstairs family room features a comfy brown leather couch and two more chairs, plus a gas fireplace and a flat screen HDTV with HBO.   There is also a 5th bedroom downstairs that offers two Twin beds.   The garage entry and mud room are also on this lower level.

This home is located on Queen Esther Drive, just 1/2 mile from Deer Valley Resort and about .3 miles from the shuttle stop.  There is a 3-car garage with two open bays so guests' vehicles can be sheltered from snow.  We can also arrange for private drivers if guests prefer not to rent a vehicle, and grocery shopping services so the kitchen will be stocked with your favorite things upon your arrival!

Low season = $1300 - 1500 per night, depending on dates and size of group

Regular season = $1800 per night

A cleaning fee of $400 applies to stays shorter than 7 nights

*A refundable security deposit of $1000 is collected by check for each booking; Sundance security/damage deposit is equal to nightly rate
