We rate all of our condos based on four criteria in order to make it easier for vacationers to compare different condos in different buildings. The criteria are as follows: unit size and quality, views, proximity to activities and building quality and amenities.

Unit Size & Quality: *****(5 Stars) Relax and spread out with top floor, corner unit with 1250 square feet of space.  This condo comfortably sleeps a family or group of 8 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, king bed in the second bedroom, as well as a sleeper sofa and Murphy bed in the living room. Our kitchen has all of the essentials to prepare a warm, home cooked meal. The dining table accommodates 6 people, while the bar in the kitchen will seat an additional 3 people. After a fun-filled day of outdoor activities, your family can unwind and enjoy the game table or watch your favorite television show or movie on the large, flatscreen HDTV in the living room.  The living room also features high-end, leather furniture, a gas fireplace, and game table.  You will also find a flatscreen TV in the master bedroom and TV in the second bedroom with a VHS player.  Two full bathrooms will allow your group to easily get ready for the day.

Views **** (5 Stars) With stunning views of the Gore Mountain Range and miniature golf course below, this Buffalo Lodge condo is one of the most desirable in the building. You will enjoy the views from the many windows and from the balcony.

Proximity to Activities ***** (5 Stars) A short walk (150 yards) allows for easy access to the new, high-speed, 8 person gondola, You are also steps from restaurants, shops, ski rental facilities, and a small grocery store.

Building Quality & Amenities Building ****(4 Stars) Buffalo Lodge was completed in the late 90’s and is one of the more exclusive buildings in the resort. This means there is less congestion in the building during busy times and all units are a short walk from the elevator. Speaking of elevators, there two high speed elevators that services only 90 units. Enjoy no hassle parking in the heated parking garage under the building. Laundry facilities are located on both the first and fifth floor. After a day of activities, come back to the exclusive BUFFALO CLUB located on the ground floor of Buffalo Lodge and enjoy the hot tubs, pool tables, or enjoy a good book in one of several sitting areas. Our quests also have exclusive access to the heated swimming pool and sauna at the adjoining Dakota Lodge.

Guest Services: This unit is professionally managed for the owner by Summit County Mountain Retreats. We are the most guest oriented and down to earth company in the area. It is our goal for you to have a worry free stay and enable you to interact with caring and competent people who want your vacation to be all it can be. Special services that we offer include fast check-in service, flexible check-in and out times, a generous amount of towels during your stay, trash bags, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwashing detergent and liquid, sponge for washing dishes, trial sized soap and shampoo. We send you keycards in the mail, so you can drive directly into the private parking garage and immediately enter your condo. Additionally, we are constantly looking for discounts and great deals for vacationers. We provide our guests extensive information about the area, great places to eat, discounts on equipment rentals, discounts on lift tickets and other information that we believe will help make your stay most enjoyable. In the unlikely event of a problem, we offer 24 hour maintenance service and lockout service. Our company goal is to maximize our client’s economic returns by exceeding guest expectations so that you will think of us first when you want to reserve your next vacation.

Our cleaning fee is approximately 10% to 20% lower than most others. We keep the rate as low as possible, but it is a real and legitimate fee that everyone has to pay. You either pay for it in the rate, or you pay for it separately.

We do not Charge the 5.9% Resort Fee! This is a fictitious fee that many people/companies charge to add to their profit. If you rent from Keystone Resort or many of the other companies in the area, you will be charged this fee.

Just to be clear, taxes and cleaning fees are not included in the posted rates.
