Our 5th Beverly Hills Penthouse apartment has splendid views, high vaulted ceilings and is large enough to sleep 6+2 guests comfortably. There are 2 queen size beds, a queen size sofa bed and 2 queen size air mattresses in this apartment. With both master bedrooms featuring their own spacious master bathrooms, all of our guests will feel like they have their own space and privacy. Choosing which TV program to watch will never be a problem, as there are 3 cable-equipped TV sets in this unit. The newly remodeled apartment features a kitchen with beautiful granite counters and top-notch appliances as well as all the usual cookware and utensils our guests need to create that perfect home-cooked meal. The unit features a proper dining area with seating for four and a living area that is both comfortable and elegant. Bright and sunny, we’ve made sure to furnish and decorate with a careful eye towards creating a home that not only provides luxury, but a feeling of being at ease and most of all, of simply “being at home”.
The building also offers a 24/7 security patrol, a secure gated garage, a lovely roof top pool and jacuzzi, a laundry room and a charming fountain in a quiet courtyard surrounded by lush greenery and tall palm trees.
