Bright & airy first floor condo (1675 sq. feet, including lanai's) overlooking lagooon & signature hole (#14) of Heritage Oaks Golf & County club, a private gated golf course community. Features 2 bedrooms & a den. The master bedroom has a king bed, t.v. and telephone, as well as 2 walk in closets and bathroom with large walk in shower & double sinks. The 2nd bedroom offers two twin beds and a full bathroom. The den has a sofabed & loveseat, plus t.v. & CD player. The livingroom has a large leather sectional couch with 3 seats that recline and a wall unit with t.v. & dvd player. The diningroom has seating for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities you'll need with seating for four people. There is a newer washer & dryer & an iron and ironing board. Across from the unit, is a garage which stores a George Foreman grill on a stand and extra chairs. There is an automatic garage door opener.
There are plenty of towels in each of the bathrooms and beach towels. .
There is nothing better than relaxing in your rear lanai overlooking the lagoon and golf course and watching wildlife all day long. The southern exposure ensures warm sun all day long.

condo rental amenities
The 18th hole championship golf course is not open to the public. It is beautiful, well manicured and challenging. A transfer fee of $200 will give the renter all the priviledges of the owner, including use of all the facilities and a nominal fee for golfing & cart rental. This year, May to Nov. there is no summer transfer fee and golf is $22.00 per person with cart. There is a snack shack at the 2th hole where you can purchase a hot dog or sandwich and drinks before you head off to the back nine. If you'd like some practice before starting your round, there is a driving range, putting area, a bunker and chipping practice area. You can purchase tokens for range balls at the fully stocked pro shop and they have a great variety of golf apparel, shoes, sunglasses and other golf items.
There is a swimming pool with bathrooms and grills within a 2 minute walk of the condo and 4 other pools, including a large one with hot tub, at the clubhouse.
The newly renovated clubhouse features a beautiful dining room and grill where you can enjoy delicious food for lunches and dinners, Sunday brunch & Happy Hour. Why not eat outside while watching golfers putt into the 18th hole. The view is beautiful. In addition to great food there are various evenings which feature different events, including game nights and dinner dances.
The clubhouse also has a workout room with t.v.'s, sauna and showers and there is an on-site fitness instructor providing different classes (nominal fee for classes).
If you are a tennis player, head on over to the 4 tennis courts for a game. Tennis lessons are available for a fee.
Like to bike, walk or rollerblade? There are miles of walking paths throughout Heritage Oaks. There are two bikes in the garage for your use.
Within a mile of Heritage Oaks is a brand new Publix supermarket. If you wish to walk or ride a bike, there is sidewalk the entire way.
Once you stay to Heritage Oaks, you will not want to leave. It is absolutely lovely.

Sarasota offers a wealth of things to keep you busy. Heritage Oaks is within close proximity to Siesta Key (rated #2 out of 10 best beaches in Florida), St. Armand's Circle, where there are many restaurants and shopping and Longboat Key. In less than 2 hours you can be in Orlando for Walt Disney Work/Epcot Center. Busch Gardens is an hour away. Sea World & Dolphin Encounters at Discovery Cove are two hours.
There are many golf courses, parks, plenty of shopping, water activities, bike and walking trails, cinemas and live theatre, ballet, opera, museums, Marina Jacks for dining and boat watching, Myaka State Park for nature lovers. The list is endless and everything is close by.
