office and den, heated pool and spa and is within walking distance 
to great restaurants and shopping -1 block from Shops of Marco- you 
can even walk to the grocery store to pick up a few things. The 
pristine white sand beaches of  the Gulf of Mexico are only a short 
drive away. Enjoy Marco in a quiet, private area away from the 
chaotic high rise hotels. Take the backroads to South Beach or 
Tigertail or even to Residents Beach if your stay is extended. You 
won't miss the high rise hotels crowds...you can walk by when you 
take a short stroll from South Beach or TigerTail and wonder how you 
ever stayed in the crowded, noisy hotels. This home is brand new!

SERVICE THROUGHOUT THE US AND CANADA

shady all day.
-Wooded area behind house. No neighbors or hotel in your backyard or 
neighbor across the canal that can be very loud.
-Beautiful landscaping throughout yard.
-Air-conditioning
-All you need to bring is your swimming suit and yourself! Oh   
Yea..Don't foget your sunscreen!

Our home can accomodate up to 6 people.

Reservation Requirements:

1/3 down to reserve house.
1/3 due 90 days before rental period.
1/3 due 30 days before rental period.

Weekly rental periods start on Saturday. 

Check in time is 3:00 pm on day of arrival.

Check out time is 10:00 am on day of departure.
