This property boasts eight (8) Bedrooms, 7 with their own custom private Bath, as well as two (2) half bathrooms and an exquisite solid mahogany outdoor shower. There are two king bedrooms, three queen bedrooms (one of which has two queen beds), three twin bedrooms with two twin beds per room, and two queen sleeper sofas. Each bedroom is very well appointed with luxurious bed linens and fine bath towels.
The main kitchen is complete with granite countertops, two sinks, a 48" built in refrigerator and freezer, two dishwashers, single wall convection oven and microwave, 4 burner range with griddle, a second convection oven, and an under-counter beverage center.
On the first floor overlooking a cozy covered porch and pool area there is also a full wet bar bar with dedicated ice-maker, bar sink, dishwasher, and under-counter beverage center. All appliances are GE Monogram stainless steel. There are also three separately zoned central heated / air conditioned spaces so our guests' comfort is never an issue.
The outdoor pool is heated for our guests' enjoyment from April through November - up to 102 degrees F. The fiber-optic lighting within the pool casts a chic glow to the pool area at night. During the winter our guests are also provided with seasoned firewood so that they may relax by the warm glow of a roaring fire in the main living room.
Just off of the pool there is a large covered pool bar with service refrigerator and BBQ Grill which is perfect for entertaining whether it be a family reunion, small wedding, or just a weekend getaway with friends.
In the garage you will find beach chairs, beach bikes and umbrellas so don't bother lugging any of these cumbersome items along. From Memorial Day to Labor Day our beach concierge will also set up beach chairs and umbrellas for you right on the beach every day, weather permitting!
The 4 stop elevator provides easy access to the entire house directly from the driveway making access for elderly or handicapped persons a non-issue. There is also plenty of off-street parking for five vehicles.
Our 8 passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter limousine or our 11 passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van are available for service to local area attractions on a reduced rate basis exclusively to our guests. Limousine service is independently owned and operated by Seven Mile Coach Co.
