premier Ko Olina beach and golf resort. This condo, situated on the
beautiful second fairway of the Ko Olina Golf Course features a fantastic fairway and lake view
from your private lanai and master bedroom (see photos).
This home-away-from-home is located in The Fairways community in
a quiet corner of the resort and known for its quiet, friendly
atmosphere, away from nearby road noise. You can relax in the
peaceful setting of your own back yard, overlooking a picturesque
pond dividing the second and fourth fairway of Ko Olina’s world-
class Ted Robinson Championship Golf Course.
The unit is fully furnished and stocked with everything you need
for your stay: towels, linens, tableware, cooking utensils, small
appliances, microwave, barbecue grill, table and chairs for outside
or inside dining, beach chairs/towels, cooler and even a pair of
bicycles to cruise to the beach or around the resort.
The entry/ground level has a two-car, attached garage, living
area, dinette, kitchen and half-bath. The living room sofa folds
into a full-size bed for extra guests. Upstairs there is a Master
bedroom with walk-in closet and full bath furnished with a queen
size bed and armoire with TV/DVD; a 2d bedroom furnished with a
full size bed; a third room furnished with a desk with DSL internet
access and a fold-out sofa-bed and a second full bath off
the hallway.
