Located in the basement area of a 1890's Victorian this 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment offers washer/dryer, courtyard, kitchen (call for restrictions), wired internet access and HD TV. Within 2 blocks of the water and First Street Benicia, home to many restaurants and shops.

Washer/dryer, kitchen w/stove-oven, microwave, refrigerator. Internet access; wired or wireless. HD TV (cable). Courtyard (may have visits from our family dog!). Two blocks to the water. Stocked with linens, towels, dishes, pots & pans, utensils, coffer maker, toaster, etc. Bring your own shampoo, toothpaste and favorite soap.

Benicia is 25-35 minutes for the Napa wine country, 25-35 minutes from San Francisco (or 1 hour via ferry out of Vallejo), and 15-20 minutes to Berkeley. Access local golf, restaurants, Six-Flags Marine World in Vallejo, and wine tasting in Napa and Sonoma.
