Vacation Rental Description

First thing to mention is what makes our Villa stand out? Location!  
Privacy from neighbors! Beautifully upgraded furnishings! to name  
just a few.  If you are wanting a luxury vacation home for less than  
you would pay for a hotel room....our house is for you.  
 
Our beautifully decorated luxury Villa is located on the back 9 
of an 18 hole championship golf course and the view from our private  
patio area is absolutely breathtaking!  The photo's do not do it  
justice.  We also have gone thru and tried to create an atmosphere  
that will make your vacation perfect.    We have more pictures we  
can email you if you wish to see more of bedrooms and bathrooms. 
 
Some of the Villa details are below, there are so many I might  
forget to include something, so if you don’t see an amenity you are  
looking for, please email us.   If we don’t have it, we will try to  
add it for you. 
 
•2 Master Suites – perfect for the 2 family vacation or someone who  
wants just that little extra privacy.   One of the bedrooms has a  
king bed, the other has a queen bed. 
 
•Two bedrooms have 2 twin beds, with a bathroom in between each room  
for ease of use.  These twin beds can be pushed together if you wish  
to.   
 
•The last bedroom only has 1 twin bed as we included a desk for  
those executives that need to be tied into our high speed internet,  
which we include free of charge.  This twin bedroom is off the  
master en suite with the king bed (access can be closed off if  
required).   
 
•We also have a crib for those who are traveling with young ones,  
and we have a large couch that can also provide sleeping if needed. 
 
•The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need, such  
as dishes, coffee pot, toaster, pots, etc   if you wish to have  
the “staples” stocked for your arrival that is no problem.  Just  
send an email with your desired list and I will return a price for  
it.  Some staples are provided as a complimentary service. 
 
•There are many things that make this a unique vacation home, one of  
the things I like the best, is that this home only has neighbors on  
one side, as a result of their beautiful landscaping, they have made  
our patio area very private.   With the view out the back and side  
of only golf course, it is just perfect.  Very bright and sunny,  
make sure to bring the suntan lotion! 
 
•The dinning room is perfect for those dinners you wish to be more  
formal, but there is also a kitchen table, just off the  
kitchen/family room…and of course the outside patio has a table and  
chairs for those days you wish to enjoy the sunshine. 
 
•We have TV’s in most all of the rooms, with cable TV, the family  
room also has a large screen projection TV that has the most cable  
channels and is equipped with a DVD player and a VCR for your  
viewing enjoyment.    
 
•In the family room we also have a stereo for days you just wish to  
sit and relax with your favorite music. 
 
•One of our most favorite additions is the games room we have  
added.   This room features a beautiful new 8’ cherry pool table, TV  
with a game cube for the kids- 2 games already provided.  Just added *air hockey table* in garage  
for further enjoyment!

Vacation Rental Rates

$120-$200 per night depending upon the season. 
 
 
**October special $99 per night for bookings over 7 nights. 
 
Rentals of less than 7 days incur an additional cleaning charge

$300.00 Security Deposit to hold reservation  
payment due 60 days before check in.
