Located on the 17th hole of the Gary Player Signature Course, the ample amenities include a brand new, 500 square foot putting green, a professional outdoor misting system, a four passenger golf cart, as well as two cruiser bikes.
The backyard was built with entertainment in mind. Soak up the warm desert rays by the sleek, contemporary pool and spa during the day. Later, enjoy the beautiful desert sunsets while barbequing on your outdoor gas grill, then end your evening by stargazing while you relax around the cozy fire pit in comfortable, outdoor seating.
The main house includes a large master suite with a 42” plasma and Bluray DVD player, a California king bed and a large walk-in closet. A spacious master bath boasts a soaking tub, a separate shower and dual vanities. The guest room is completely private with it’s own patio and private bathroom and also has a California king bed. The third room can be used as an office/den or a fourth bedroom as it has a queen size pullout couch and a full closet. There is a beautiful casita which features a California king bed, a 42” plasma TV, a Bluray DVD player and it’s own private bathroom.
