Peaceful Waverly Park is conveniently located in south Palm Springs at the corner of Gene Autry Trail and Palm Canyon (the 111). It's a secure gated complex of about 100 units on beautifully landscaped grounds. The unit has 2 bedrooms, each with their own private bath. Special amenities include a private enclosed 2-car garage and a washer and dryer. The condo is a single level, ground floor unit with no one above or below you. There are no shared walls with other units making it truly feel like a home. There is one large private gated patio off of the living room and another smaller patio off of the dining and kitchen area -- perfect for grilling. There are many year-round residents at Waverly Park, helping to ensure a peaceful, relaxing, and quiet community. There are 3 swimming pools, 3 spa pools, and 3 tennis courts all available for use.

Rental deposit = $750
Security deposit = $500 (refundable)
Cleaning fee = $100 (non-refundable)
(both deposits paid at time of reservation)
Payment types: Money order, cashier's or bank check.
Cancellation Charge:
60+ days prior to occupancy $150.00.
Under 60 days notice prior to occupancy, the cancellation fee is $500.00.
