This property is available May 2010

January through March is $3000 per month, April is $2500, May through November is 2200 per month.  All include utilities.

Add the Resort .State tax rate of 11.5% for rentals less than 6 months.

Annual Rental furnished is $1700 per month (you pay utilities)

Annual Rental unfurnished is $1850 per month (you pay utilities)

Seasonal Rent includes water, phone, electric, gas, cable channels, pool, lawn service, River club useage and a cleaning fee.

Security deposit of $1000 required at booking

1/2 payment due with lease contract 14 days after booking is confirmed

Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
