Dorr, the Screened Porch is ideal for your morning coffee and is
accessed from the dining room and living area. The Open patio off
Master bedroom has a lakefront view as well. There is a 2 car carport.

This vacation rental is fully furnished and included all your
amenities; tableware, cookware, bath/bed linens, washer/dryer,
central heat and air, Microwave, dishwasher, ceiling fans throughout.

Lake Dorr House is on the private estate of the owner.  It is quiet, secure and exceptionally maintained.

Outside is a picnic table and dock and a canoe available.  Bring your favorite
book, suitcase and fishin' pole. That is all you need.

We are only one hour from all the Central Florida Attractions -
Disney, Universal, Seaworld, etc.

If you are not inclined to visit the attractions. The "Ocala
National Forest" in our backyard offers all kinds of all Wildlife.
Hiking, Canoeing, Fishing from our dock. The Florida Hiking Trail
and the Famous 100-mile Equestiran Trail is right here.  Lake Dorr House is in the "Florida Natural Springs Corridor"  A must see.  

We are next to Rocking Horse Stables a renown hunter/jumper and
dressage equestrian center with events during the winter season.

Being a native Floridian, I can direct you to some of what little is
left of the Magic and Beauty of the real "Old Florida" and away from
tinsel-town, billboards and the glare of the Theme Parks.


Whether it is a quiet canoe trip down Juniper Run or Alexander Springs
or a hike through the uplands of the beautiful Florida Trail or
horseback riding on the 100 mile horse trail winding through the
Ocala National Forest or just wanting to fish for your dinner on the
dock while watching the sun go down. You'll enjoy your stay here.
