on Siesta Key that requires at least one week rental and no more than 6 guests.

Famous Siesta and Crescent Beaches are only steps away with azure-colored water and soft powder white sand that is cool to the touch even on the hottest of days. Our guests have legal access to the beach.  There is a nearby flashing pedestrian walkway across Midnight Pass Road.  It is approximately a 4 minute walk to our Association's private boardwalk to the beach.  The boardwalk has a water spray to wash off sandy feet. 

The townhouse location is within walking distance of both Siesta villages and Siesta Public
Beach. Mainland Sarasota is less than a 5-minute drive away that offers numerous recreational opportunities (swimming, sunbathing, boating, fishing and parasailing), shopping from boutiques to malls, cultural attractions including Ringling Museum, movies and theater, environmental and education attributes (Selby Gardens, Mote Marine, G Wiz Kids Science Museum, Myakka River and Oscar Scherer State Parks), and many great places to eat. Disney World, Busch Gardens and other Orlando/Tampa attractions are less than 2-hour drive away.
