Close to multiple golf courses, Cardinal Stadium, Hockey Stadium, multiple spring training baseball stadiums, Arrowhead and Gateway Malls,  restaurants, theaters, medical centers, public parks, Sun City recreation, biking and walking paths, square dancing, easy access to local freeways. Visit local museums, science center, etc.  for free through April, 2010.

I prefer to rent it to a winter visitor for several months, but will consider weekly or monthly rentals, or possibly shorter term. A cleaning fee of $50 may apply to shorter-term rentals. Pets will be considered but must not be destructive.
