Cape Winds Resort in Cocoa Beach

This lovely condo is right on the beach next to the ocean and is perfect for family of four or for a couple.  Daily maid service is included in the rental. The unit is just north of the Cocoa Beach pier and there are miles of great sand beach to walk.  This condo is rated one of the best in the area.  The living room and deck overlook the ocean from the 4th floor.  There is a new HD TV and DVD player.  The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, DVD player, and private bathroom with shower.  The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, and appliances so you can make meals there, or there are many excellent restaurants nearby.  There is a queen sized sofa bed which easily sleeps 2 adults or children.  And a second bathroom with tub/shower makes this unit very convenient. 

There is a beautiful heated pool and jacuzzi available within a fenced-in area for your use.  The ocean and beach are just outside the fence for many hours of relaxing in the sun, swimming, or surfing.  There are beach chairs in the condo for your use on the beach  The lighted tennis court and basketball court is newly resurfaced and equipment is available.

One the beach you will see some of the cruise ships pass on the horizon as they go in and out of Port Canaveral.  Cocoa Beach Pier is just south of the condo.  Kennedy Space Center is 7 miles north.  The Orlando airport is 45 minutes away, and Disney just an hour away.

Weekly rates are $495 from April 17 to June 12.  $695 from June 12 - Aug 14.  $495 from Aug 14 - Dec 25.  $995 from Dec 25 to April 17. 

Minimum stay is 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday.  Check in is 3:00 pm, with check-out at 10:00 am.  Prices include daily housekeeping, and is managed by the on-site manager.  Add 11% sales tax.  If booking is made more than 60 days prior to rental, then a depost of $250 is required, 50% due 60 days prior to rental.  Any cancellation within 30 days of rental will forfeit all deposits and prepaid rent.
