This lovely condo is right on the beach next to the ocean and is perfect for family of four or for a couple. The unit is just north of the Cocoa Beach pier and there are miles of great sand beach to walk. This condo is rated one of the best in the area. The living room and deck overlook the ocean from the 4th floor. There is a new HD TV and DVD player. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, DVD player, and private bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, and appliances so you can make meals there, or there are many excellent restaurants nearby. There is a queen sized sofa bed which easily sleeps 2 adults or children. And a second bathroom with tub/shower makes this unit very convenient.
There is a beautiful heated pool and jacuzzi available within a fenced-in area for your use. The ocean and beach are just outside the fence for many hours of relaxing in the sun, swimming, or surfing. There are beach chairs in the condo for your use on the beach The lighted tennis court and basketball court is newly resurfaced and equipment is available.
On the beach you will see some of the cruise ships pass on the horizon as they go in and out of Port Canaveral. Cocoa Beach Pier is just south of the condo. Kennedy Space Center is 7 miles north. The Orlando airport is 45 minutes away, and Disney just an hour away.

Weekly rates are $795 from April 30 to June 10. $895 from June 11 - Aug 12. $595 from Aug 13 - Dec 31. $895 from Jan 1 to March 4. $995 from March 5 to April 29. Monthly rates available call or email for details. Rental is from SATURDAY TO SATURDAY min. Monthly rate from $2000 to $2800 per month.
Check in is 3:00 pm, with check-out at 10:00 am. managed by the on-site manager. Add 11% sales tax. This is a non-smoking condo. No pets allowed. Cleaning fee is $50 an additional cost. Maid service everyday.
