Designer’s own home shows quality and beautiful decor throughout; antique crystal chandelier and sconces, custom designed beds, marble walls and floors in the powder room, impressive stone fountain in the entry courtyard. This is a very cheerful, light filled home. You’ll enjoy the spectacular 270 degree view of San Miguel from one end to the other. Take in the view of the Parroquia (the famous cathedral in the town square), Allende Lake and the mountain range. This wonderful view is seen from both the second and third floors.

Live comfortably with whole house water purification system, three gas fireplaces, full house security system and a hidden safe. Maid service is provided twice a week.

 The layout of the rooms are as follows:

Main floor: Entry courtyard with fountain, living room and dining room with gas fireplace, kitchen and powder room. Washer/dryer area.

Second floor: Study with balcony and gas fireplace, two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with twin beds, bathroom.

Third floor: Bedroom suite with queen size bed, gas fireplace, full bath, mini bar area, large view terrace with tables and chairs.

 Conveniently located in downtown centro, just a short downhill walk to the jardin and town square.

Every convenience has been taken into account to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There are three gas fireplaces and a water purification system for the whole house, mini bar with refrigerator on the third floor. Whole house security system and hidden safe provided. You’ll have internet, cable TV, a DVD player with some movies provided plus washer and dryer. This home is professionally managed so someone is available to solve problems and answer questions. Twice weekly maid service is provided.

Every imaginable type of restaurant is available in this charming colonial town. There is a lively arts scene with literary readings, gallery openings, museums, lectures, plays, movies, concerts and music. Hot Springs with massage services available are nearby.  There is great hiking, mountain biking, hot air balloning, golf, horseback riding, fantastic shopping, language schools, dancing and a diverse nightlife. You can also take day trips to the silver mining town, Guanajuato or the historic colonial town of Guanajuato. Dolores Hidalgo is also nearby with it's rich history as the birthplace of the revolution and dozens of ceramic stores.
