Saltwater Canal Pool Home Retreat **SPECIALS** in Palm Coast

This three bedroom, two bath home sits on a saltwater canal in Palm
Coast, and has its own private dock equipped with electricity and
water.  A great rental if you'd like to vacation in a spot where you can bring your boat with you!  This home sits in "sailboat country" which means there are no fixed-span bridges between you and the Atlantic Ocean. We're a short
distance via boat (about 5 minutes) to the intracoastal waterway
where you can head north and dock at a number of restaurants in St.
Augustine or just explore to your hearts content in a number of
parks and historical landmarks.

Enjoy fishing?  We've caught about 16 species of fish from our dock from live bait and artificial lures.  We keep a few spare fishing poles in the garage...just bring your own tackle and have a great time!  An occasional dolphin or two has been known to stop by as well...even THEY know how good the fishing can be.

There are wooded lots on either side of the home, so if you're
looking for peace and quiet while taking in the sun by the outdoor
screened pool, this is the vacation rental for you!

Pool area is screened in to keep bugs away in summer and has a
complete assortment of pool-side furniture and a gas grill.

The are two living and dining areas -- one inside and one "outside"
in the Florida Room, which is separated from the main house with
sliding glass doors for privacy. It is under heat and air and
offers great views of the canal and pool. Offers some flexibility
for larger groups with diverse interests.
Two car garage with full-size washer, dryer and wash basin. Outdoor
private shower for hot summer days.
