Vacation Rental Description

Perched on 9 private acres, this luxury villa offers all the 
amenities of a fine hotel but without the cost or crowds.  Perfect 
for families, groups, and honeymoons.  The villa has 5 bedrooms, all 
with private baths, screened in dining overlooking the aquamarine 
waters of the Caribbean, and a large patio which provides breath-
taking views of Montego Bay.  It is rated a double diamond by AAA and
we are licensed and inspected by the Jamaican Tourist Board.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Large swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, cable TV with premium
channels, DVD, fax, ice maker, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and
complementary laundry.  Fresh linens are provided as well as beach and
pool towels.  Our full staff, consisting of an experienced cook,
maid(s), caretaker/poolman, and property manager/driver/concierge that
makes your stay care-free.

Activities and Attractions

The villa is within minutes to all tourist activities but still offers
the privacy of a luxury and exclusive setting. There are 5 golf courses 
nearby, several beaches within a 15 minute drive, snorkeling, dancing, 
music, gambling, deep sea fishing, water sports, craft markets, and 
duty free shopping.

Vacation Rental Rates

Datura Villa rents on a weekly basis only.  Rates depend upon the time of 
year and the number of bedrooms/guests.  High season (12/15-4/15), 
rates range per week from $2,600-4,000 USD.  In low season (4/16-
12/14), rates range from $2,200-3,400 USD. Weekly rate include a full 
staff, fresh linens, and fine dining.  A 50% deposit is required 
which is fully refundable 60 prior to arrival.  Balance due is 30 
days prior to arrival.
