Datura Villa, a luxury and affordable 5 bedroom guest house in Jamaica

Perched on 9 private acres, this luxury villa offers all the amenities of a fine hotel but without the cost or crowds. Perfect for families, groups, and honeymoons. The villa has 5 air-conditoned bedrooms, all with private baths, screened in dining overlooking the aquamarine waters of the Caribbean, and a large terrace which provides breath-taking views of Montego Bay. Datura is rated a double diamond by AAA and we are licensed and inspected by the Jamaican Tourist Board.

Large private swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, separate fitness center with state-of-the-art exercise equipment which in the evening turns into a private screening room with high definition, LCD projection and 8' screen, 42" plasma screen with cable TV and premium channels, DVD, fax, DSL high speed internet, commercial ice maker, 3 refrigerators, 2 freezers and a full assortment of appliances.  Fresh linens and complementary laundry are provided as well as beach and pool towels. Included is our full staff, consisting of an experienced cook, housekeeper/server, maid(s), caretaker/poolman, and property manager/driver/concierge that makes your stay care-free.

The villa is 6  miles from the Montego bay airport and within minutes to all tourist activities. Its ideal location offers the privacy of a luxury and exclusive setting and still within short distance to all tourist activities. There are 5 golf courses nearby, several beaches within a 15 minute drive, snorkeling, dancing, music, gambling, deep sea fishing, water sports, river
rafting, bird watching, craft markets, restaurants, and duty free shopping.

Datura Villa rents on a Sunday to Sunday, weekly basis only. Rates depend upon the time of year and the number of bedrooms/guests. High season (12/15-4/15), rates range per week from $3,400-4,800 USD. In low season (4/16-12/14), rates range from $3,000-4,200 USD. Weekly rate include a full staff, fresh linens, and fine dining. A 50% deposit is required which is fully refundable 90 prior to arrival. Balance due is 60 days prior to arrival.
