This three bedroom, two bath home has central air/heating and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The adjoining full master bathroom has double sinks, soaking tub, and separate shower and walk-in closet.

It offers a split floor plan with the other two bedrooms located at the opposite side of the home with a double size bed and a futon. A comfortable inflatable queen mattress, available for guest's use, provides additional sleeping capaciy.

The kitchen is complete with stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator with filtered water, toaster, coffeemaker, cookware and dinnerware.
