Two detached, private beach houses share one lot. Each house is completely private, has magnificent views, and is fully equipped with everything you need. Each house has two bedrooms, one full bath, a well-stocked kitchen, new laundry facilities, and plenty of off-street parking. Each house has its
own private ocean view patio with outdoor dining and and patio furniture, its own grill, and its own granite fire ring, and each has its own yard area with fabulous ocean and lagoon views.
Wireless internet access is included. We provide beach towels and chairs, coolers, umbrellas, boogey boards, and toys. Each house is recently refurbished, fully equipped in every respect, and features
comfortable beds with high-quality all-cotton bedding.

Rates are for one house. Small pets may be allowed Sept-May with additional fee. $100 cleaning fee. $50 damage waiver. 5 guests maximum per house.
