Two detached, private beach houses share one lot. Each house is completely private, has magnificent 
views, and is fully equipped with everything you need. Each house has two bedrooms, one full bath, a 
well-stocked kitchen, new laundry facilities, and plenty of off-street parking. Each house has its 
own private ocean view patio with outdoor dining and and patio furniture, its own grill, and its own 
granite fire ring, and each has its own yard area with fabulous ocean and lagoon views. 

Wireless internet access is included. 
We provide beach towels and chairs, coolers, umbrellas, boogey boards, and toys. 

Each house is recently refurbished, fully equipped in every respect, and features comfortable beds 
with high-quality all-cotton bedding.

home at the beach. Locals call it, "The Best Spot in Carlsbad." 

Situated on a low bluff steps from the beach with magnificent white water ocean views, we are on a 
quiet cul-de-sac, in a neighborhood of private, multi-million-dollar homes. We are exactly one mile 
from the "village" ....just far enough away from crowds, traffic, noisy night life and parties...... 
yet still close to all! 

There are two small and beautiful detached private vacation houses (not condos) on this very special 
property. Both houses have whitewater ocean views from inside and outside. Each house has it's own 
ocean-view yard with outdoor dining area. 

A scenic trail to the beach starts right in front of the property! It takes about 3 minutes to walk 
to the beach. 
Each house has two bedrooms and one full bath. Each is recently remodeled, fully equipped, and well 
stocked with everything you will need. There is plenty of offstreet parking. The entire property is 
enclosed and safe.

Each house features wonderfully comfortable beds with all-cotton bedding, and each house has a queen 
bed in the master bedroom.  The entire property is enclosed by fence and beautiful landscaping. It is 
a very safe place for children.  You will enjoy the  quiet, comfortable, relaxed and private feeling, 
and you will be surrounded by nature at her best. 

It's just one mile to the center of the "village" where there are restaurants and shops of every 
description. Several superb golf courses are within minutes.  Legoland is practically around the 
corner,right next to "Carlsbad Premium Outlets" mall and our famous Flower Fields.
