Ski season rates are: $450 per night for longer stays. $650 per night for shorter stays.
All Other Seasons: $250 per night.
Please factor in a 9% sales tax on rental fee only. Smoke free house. No pets.
Other costs include cleaning fee of $150.00 (I'm the maid and it's a 550 mile round trip and an eight hour clean-up) and a fully refundable damage deposit of $500.00. There are no other costs.
