$400 per night for reservations over three nights. $550 per night for reservations under three nights. 

All Other Seasons: $295 per night.

Please factor in a 9% sales tax on rental fee only. Smoke free house. No pets. 

Other cost include cleaning fee of $130.00 and a fully refundable damage deposit of $350.00. There are no other costs.
