Beach White House in Chicxulub

A very beautiful and comfortable beachfront house to relax and enjoy. It has a magnificent view of the ocean and offers an environment of tranquility. It’s exactly what you would like for your vacation.

The house is located 4 Km (2.5 miles) away from Chicxulub Puerto a small fisherman’s village. It’s a very safe place and you will be able to find most of the services you need (laundry, telephone, internet, market, video store etc). The local people are very friendly. It’s near Progreso, Yucatán 8 km (4.9 miles) from the house, where there are very good restaurants, ATM machines, grocery stores, beach clubs and you can practice water sports and beach activities. Mérida, the capital of Yucatán is 30 minutes away where you can visit cultural sites, shopping centers, movies and theaters. Public transportation goes by right behind the house every 20 minutes. Other places that you can visit are the Mayan archeological sites Dzhibichaltun, Chichen Itza (one of the 7 Wonders) and Uxmal, the Haciendas, etc. The city of Cancun is 4 hours away. You could arrive at the Mérida (MID) or Cancun (CUN) airport.

The house has 4 bedrooms.

Upstairs:

2 bedrooms with A/C, nice closets and ensuite bathrooms, one has a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. Both bedrooms share a big terrace, with a beautiful ocean view.

Downstairs:

2 bedrooms with closets and bathrooms, one has a queen size bed and the other a single bed.

The social area has a big kitchen, dinning and living room inside the house, and a covered terrace with another living room and dinning room that is at the front of the house where you can have your meals looking at the pool and the sea. An uncovered large terrace goes all the way to the pool assuring you enough of tanning area.
